Please read all the terms and conditions set forth below. All Growth Retreats trips are offered subject to our standard terms and conditions, set forth below. When you make a deposit and/or reservation with Growth Retreats, you are accepting all of the terms and conditions stated here, as well as in your waiver of liability signed prior to your trip. In addition to reading the individual trip descriptions to fully understand the itinerary you’re about to embark on, by purchasing your trip you hereby confirm your acceptance of the following:

Reservation Policy:

  • All Growth Retreats trips are subject to standard terms and conditions.

  • Acceptance of terms occurs upon making a deposit or reservation, including a waiver of liability.

  • If the trip has not been cancelled by Growth Retreats, the balance of the trip price is due sixty (30) days prior to the trip start date and may be paid in the same manner as the initial deposit. A reminder will be sent by Growth Retreats to your e-mail address on file seven (7) days before the due date. If the balance of the trip price is not received by the due date, this will constitute your election to terminate your participation in the trip and your reservation may be canceled, at which time the Cancellation Policy below will be fully applied to your deposit.

Deposit, Payments, and Cancellations:

  • Trip prices are in Saudi Riyals, and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.

  • Payment terms vary based on room selection and payment plan.

  • Cancellation policy is outlined, with loss of deposit.

  • Payment methods is done through a bank local transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

Growth Retreats Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund for cancellations 3 months before the start date of the retreat

  • 50% refund for cancellations 2 months before the start date of the retreat

  • No refund for cancellations 1 month or less before the start date of the retreat

Explore Bali Cancellation Policy - No refunds is issued under no circumstance, all payments are non-refundable and client bears the full responsibility for missing his flight schedule, not showing up on time and skipping any activities at their own will or under any situation.

No Rescdule is allowed, all dates must be 100% confirmed. Client bears the full responsibility and financial implications for the changes of his trip dates.

Cancellation Insurance:

  • Growth Retreats strongly recommends purchasing flight cancellation insurance.

  • Responsibility for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances rests with the traveler.

Cancellation by Growth Retreats:

  • Growth Retreats reserves the right to cancel a trip for various reasons, with a refund of payments as settlement.

  • Not responsible for non-refundable or non-transferable travel costs incurred by participants.

Postponement by Growth Retreats:

  • Growth Retreats may postpone a trip for reasons such as health situations, with sums paid issued as a travel credit.

  • Not responsible for non-refundable or non-transferable travel costs incurred by participants.

Trip Itinerary and Inclusions:

  • Travelers seeking to come to a location early or stay late are responsible for their own transportation to/from the accommodation location.

Travel Requirements and Conditions:

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the required documentation for their trip.

  • Growth Retreats is not responsible for delays or cancellations of transport.

Additional Policies:

  • Guests must adhere to the policies of the accommodation location, including noise restrictions and property care.

Participation in Activities:

  • Guests were encouraged to attend all included activities, but no refunds for non-participation.

  • Growth Retreats staff may deny participation in certain activities at their discretion if they believe the safety of the participant(s) will be at risk.

Responsibility of Valuables:

  • Guests responsible for securing valuables; Growth Retreats not liable for loss or theft.

Personal Safety and Insurance:

  • Guests advised to obtain cancellation, travel, and medical insurance.

  • Guests responsible for their personal safety, health, and insurance coverage.

Copyright and Waiver of Media Rights:

  • Growth Retreats may use photos and videos for social media and marketing, with certain conditions.

Liability for Failures Beyond Growth Retreats Control:

  • Growth Retreats not liable for failures beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, and health situations.

Privacy Policy:

  • Growth Retreats respects privacy, and a detailed privacy policy is available.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

  • Booking with Growth Retreats implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, including liability release and assumption of risk.

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk:

  • Participants release Growth Retreats from liability and assume risks associated with the trip, including health concerns, accidents, and personal injury.
